Reiki Level One training is done in two sections. The first session, on Sunday, February 24, will cover introduction to Reiki history and theory, level one attunement, learning hand positions, and how to conduct both Reiki self treatment and treatment on others.

The second session, which occurs two weeks later, after a period of practice, will include a follow up attunement, reviewing personal experiences with Reiki, learning additional techniques, practicing, and receiving Reiki Level One Certification.

At the end of the two sessions, you will be certified in Reiki Level One.

SNOW DATE: In the event of weather preventing travel, the classes will be bumped forward a week. Potential Snow Dates would be.....Sunday, March 3 and Sunday, March 17.

The cost of Reiki Level One Training and Certification is $120.
We ask for a 50% deposit by February 1 in order to secure your space. Space is limited. *

About Jacob

Jacob has been practicing Reiki since 2006 and teaching since 2012. He has also formally trained in Ayurvedic bodywork, gestalt process, and yoga. He loves to work with herbal medicine, movement therapy, and nourishing traditional food. He believes that easeful and healthy embodiment is fundamental to humans having a beneficial role in their ecosystem.

Jacob lives in Trenton on his woodland homestead, and also works as a gardener at the Asticou Azalea Garden.
