Let That SH%T Go - A Class with Jennifer May

Let it Go…..Let it Flow………we hear phrases like this so often that it has become a rather cliche mantra that has worked it’s way into our everyday language. The trouble is, most of us don’t know how to “let it go”. It’s not as easy as it may seem, given that we tend to approach it with our mental bodies. Change (and healing) happen when our entire being is congruent. This means that in order to truly let something go, we must bring in all levels of being - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic.
Spring is an excellent time to practice letting go. Growth and newness is all around….and we will have a much easier time welcoming it in, when we let go of old patterns, habits, ties to relationships, wounds, or traumas that are no longer serving us.
I invite you to join me in an exploration in the process of “letting go”. In this class, we will explore letting go through all of our levels of being, and bring in the heart energetics which are fundamental in the process. Each guest will have the opportunity to create their own essential oil and gemstone roller, which will serve to help support the process beyond the time of the class.
Space is limited. In order to reserve your space, please purchase the class below.
50% of the class fee may be refundable IF you give 24 hours notice of cancellation.
