Blood Building Syrup
A syrup very rich in vitamins and minerals composed of 10 different herbs with honey and black strap molasses. This syrup is iron rich and high in calcium and magnesium. The black strap molasses also provides selenium, manganese, and potassium.

Shatavari is an adaptogenic herb that has many properties, including antibacterial, antispasmodic, immune tonic, lung tonic, and gastroprotective. Shatavari is a diuretic herb.
Marshmallow is soothing and mucilagenic and helps to support healthy digestion and soothes irritated digestive tracts.
Rosehips are very high in vitamin and mineral content including vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin E, and B Complex, as well as calcium, iron, selenium, manganese, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, sulfur, silicon, and zinc. It also provides organic compounds of lycopene, pectic, lutein, and beta carotene.
Orange Peel is high in vitamin C. Other vitamins include riboflavin, thiamin, niacin, folate, vitamin A, vitamin B-6 and vitamin B-5. The peel’s mineral content includes calcium along with small amounts of iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, zinc, copper and selenium.

Oatstraw is particular good for the nervous system. It has more calcium than milk, and is a source of B vitamins.. Oatstraw is also very nourishing to the hair and nails and even boosts libido.
Red Clover is particularly helpful for balancing the endocrine system. Red Clover has the B vitamins, calcium, chromium, molybdenum, nickel, potassium. It also may be helpful during menopause and for balancing hormones.
The recommended dosage is 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon once or twice daily. The amount taken will depend on the constitution of the individual.
